About Me
Anything is possible when you have the right people there to support you.
Misty Copeland
Having previous educational background in social sciences, I have moved to London to continue my education in the field of hypno-psychotherapy. Learning from my own life experiences, from others, teachers and mentors, through various trainings and studies, altogether gave me plenty of the opportunities to understand the world and the ways we humans function in it.
Whatever the cause, contacting a therapist can be a helpful step forward.
In my practice together with the client we look at the whole spectrum of the issue(s) and accompanying symptoms and choose the best solution(s) and strategies that will work with client’s lifestyle.
I began my professional training in hypnosis and psychotherapy in 2012, at the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (NCHP) in London, which is externally accredited by the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy).
This comprehensive training focuses on an integrative methodology to therapy, covering all major therapeutic approaches, such as psychodynamic, humanistic and CBT, which allows the practitioner to employ particular techniques in order to design an individual therapeutic approach to meet specific needs of each client.
I have also undertaken a variety of Continuous Professional Development trainings in the areas of psychological first aid, motivation, self-development, team work and management, addictions. I am interest in working with confidence and self – esteem issues, stress and anger management, working with Inner Child and childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, addictive behaviours and finding one’s purpose.
